If you have been informed by an employee that they have not received an invitation to use the WOKROFO system, we recommend that the first step is to resend the invitation to join the system.
How to resend an invitation to an employee:
1. Click on name and surname in the schedule (to open the employee card)
2. Click the current name, surname, and badge number (the system opens a new window)
3. In a new window, you can see the employee's login status. If the employee has not logged in and you have sent the invitation, the status should be - Waiting for login in by clicking on the "Waiting for login ":
a) Re-send: the system will send another email to the employee with login instructions.
b) Cancel: the system will cancel the valid invitation and the employee will not be able to log in.
4. Clicking on one of the choices will cause the system to take action. A green success message will inform you of this.
