Employees can be assigned from one schedule to another during the month.
During the transfer, the system informs you about the actions with the shifts that were planned in the original unit.
The transfer must be initiated by the unit to which the staff member will be transferred.
Steps to transfer a staff member to another schedule:
1. Press the + button next to the staff member's search.
In the new window, enter the employee's name in the search.
3. Select the employee from the list to be transferred to the unit.
4. Choose a job title.
5. Select which action the system should perform with the shifts that are scheduled in the employee's actual work schedule (if there are no shifts, the system will not offer any choice).
The system checks the period from the date of the transfer. For example, a staff member is transferred to a new department on the 10th of the month (assuming today is the 15th). If the employee has shifts between the 10th and the 15th, the system will delete the shifts. If the employee has shifts after the 15th day, the system will offer to make the open shifts (without employee) or delete them.
6. Once you have filled in all the information, click the Add employee button.
The system will inform you of the success of the action with a message.
Days prior to the transfer will be shown in grey and inactive (administered by the head of the previous unit).
