Each employee has an assigned employee scheduling agreement. The employee scheduling contract template is usually assigned according to the job position.

Each scheduling agreement can be edited individually for an employee in the employee card

A scheduling contract provides for the following:

  1. Number of absolutely free weekends per month, minimum and maximum (Saturday+ Sunday)
  2. Number of partly free weekends per month, minimum and maximum (Saturday OR Sunday)
  3. Value of the most consecutive working days
  4. Duration of a long break (after the most consecutive working days)
  5. Maximum number of working hours over a 7-day period
  6. Additional working days from the set number of working days

Fully and partly free weekends:

Fully and partly free weekends sum up. For example, if an employee was scheduled for at least 1 fully and 1 partly free weekend, the system will schedule 3 weekend days off.

Additional working days:

For example, having indicated 1 for a month that has 21 working days, the system will be able to plan 22 working days. The norm of hours remains the same
