Each employee in the system has a name, surname, or another unique value.
Badge number is an additional value used in creating timecards. The badge number may be left blank.
Name, surname, and badge number can be changed/ set in the employee card.
Steps to be taken to change/ set the name, surname, and badge number of employees:
1. Click on name and surname in the schedule (to open the employee card)
2. Click the current name, surname, and badge number (the system opens a new window)
3. Enter a new value.
4. Click Enter (on the keyboard) or the button Save to apply changes.
A green success message will inform of a successful step.
The information visible to the employee also changes in the work schedule. The number of changes is unlimited and they take effect in the system immediately after the change.
