If salary data it is provided the information about salary will be displayed on the employee card.
Different salary templates can be created based on company's needs. It can be set as hourly rate before or after taxes, without or with NPD (The Non-Taxable Income Amount), monthly salary ant etc.
Also there is an option to calculate salary based on the activity. As an example bartender working in the restaurant can get one rate and chef can get another rate.
There is an option to set the different rate for the specific day. It can happen when there was overtime, specific tasks, business trip.
This information is useful because WORKOFO have a specific report which shows detailed information calculated by an hour, day and month. You can find it in the reports section name as Payroll file. Choose the parameters and order it.

Payroll data will show detailed calculations and information from employee's personal details like name, site where they worked, different hourly rates based on the holidays, working hours during the day, night shift and everything that is important to calculate with precision.
Hours by employee will display each employee's salary in the chosen site by using these metrics: Sum of hours, sum of total pay, sum of net pay, sum of base pay, sum of supplement and sum of bonus.
Hours by activity metrics:
- Sum of Hours: Total hours worked during the specified period.
- Sum of Total Pay: The gross pay (before deductions) for the hours worked.
- Sum of Net Pay: The net pay (after deductions) for the same hours.
Hours by day- will display same metrics as hours by activity but based on the days.
