The report is currently only available in English

3. After the system has updated the excel files, select the report from the list - RulesWarnings.xlsx (the report will be sent to the computer you are using).
How do I read the RulesWarnings.xlsx report?
The report currently assesses the rule - Number of Employees at Work (the most common rule that is not enforced)
We are continuing work to include the impact of other rules on the optimised work schedule and additional advice on how to deal with situations
Message (the most important part of the report):
Line 1: Indicates how many working hours are required by the created rule
Line 2: Indicates how many hours of work are tentatively required to fulfil the rule 100%.
The reasons are divided into three categories (at the end of each category, the impact in working hours is indicated, i.e. how much the reason described prevents the 100% fulfilment of the rule analysed):
Rules that reduce the allocated hours: indicates other rules that prevent the allocation of a higher number of working hours to the rule analysed. For example, rules that conflict with each other.
Only one activity at a time: if employees have the possibility to work in several activities, but there is a restriction created that the employee works the whole shift in only one activity. The report indicates employees who have multiple competences/activities assigned to them.
Hours of work range: the system calculates how many additional hours (influence) should be assigned to employees who meet the parameters of the rule. It is possible to schedule overtime, but in case of double the number of hours it is better to review the created rule.
