The deadline is intended for employees to indicate the time limit for completing work schedule preferences.


Managers have to assess the time needed to optimise a schedule and the time when a schedule must be published by setting a deadline.


After the deadline, employees no longer have the possibility to complete/ edit preferences. The manager can edit preferences at all times regardless of the deadline


Steps to be taken to indicate the preferred working time of an employee: 


1. On the right of the schedule, click the gear settings icon.

2. Choose Submit Availability by.


A green success message will inform of the successful setting of the deadline.


The manager may extend/ cancel the deadline in the system by re-clicking the field and selecting another date.



Employees will be able to see the set deadline for completing preferences on the WEB page and the mobile app.
