Vacations - employee's days off during which working hours are calculated according to the assigned accounting template, unless the system indicates otherwise.


For a standard leave type, hours are calculated according to an assigned template of accounting of hours.
For example, if an employee works under a contract 40 hours in 5 working days and annual leave starts on Monday, the system will include 8 hours in employee's accounting.


The recommendation is to enter annual leave in the work schedule mode - Availability only


The system divides annual leave into three types:

1. Click on the selected employee and the day window in the work schedule 

2. Choose Vacations, Unpaid leave or Parental day from the list  

A green success message will inform of a successful assignment of annual leave.


Vacation record will be saved in the work schedule and information will be displayed in the day window
