Not available is a preference which indicates that a work schedule cannot be planned for the employee on the selected day. The day shall not count as annual leave or a different incapacity for work.


The recommendation is to enter a preference in the work schedule mode - Availability only 


Steps to be taken to mark a preference - cannot work:

1. Click on the selected employee and the day window in the work schedule

2. Choose Not Available from the list


A green success message will inform of a successful assignment of the preference.
