An organisation manager can:

a) Edit business rules for the entire organisation.

b) Invite new managers to the system.

c) Upload historical data to the system.

d) Create new groups.

e) Assign to the group manager rights of an organisation manager.


Another organisation manager or WORKOFO system administrators may assign rights to an organisation manager.


Steps to be taken to assign rights of an organisation manager:


1. Choose organisation management.



 


2. Click Managers in the top menu.


3. Choose from the list of managers the manager to whom we want to assign organisation manager rights and click View.

4. Click Make an organisation manager in the new window. 

A green success message will you inform about successfully assigned rights of an organisation manager.


Having assigned rights of an organisation manager, the button Make an organisation manager changes to Organisation Manager. The inscription Organisation Manager will appear in the manager view list. 




WORKOFO administrators recommend to assign rights of an organisation manager to advanced system users.
