WORKOFO calculates workload forecasts according to a model approved at the time of the test pilot. In order for the system to calculate workload forecasts, historical operations must be uploaded to the system.
Data upload to the system can be automated. WORKOFO supports several integration methods. Contact WORKOFO system administrators for process automation.
Only a user who has the rights of the Organisation manager can upload operation data.
It is possible for clients to provide their own workload forecasts (if such an option has been agreed with the client, and the system is ready for that).
If you need to change the workload calculation logic, contact WORKOFO system administrators for the following steps.
Historical data/customer forecasts are uploaded to the system in CSV file UTF-8 format. The first column contains standard column names. The column punctuation mark - , (a comma).
Steps to be taken to upload historical data to the system:
1. Choose the organisation management window
2. Click Data in the top menu
3 Files can be uploaded directly cy clicking
3.1. Site.
3.2. Data.
3.3. Needed file direction.
3.4. Upload file.
3.5. Choose a file or drop it to the dotted-lined square.
3.6. Updating now (while it's uploading)
If the upload is unsuccessful, the system will list reasons for unsuccessful upload.
In such a case, correct errors in the data file in response to the system's message and try to upload the file once again.
If you are unable to upload a data file to the system, contact WORKOFO system administrators to assist you.
A green success message will inform of the successful shift update.
